With a career spanning over 25 years, Jay is the mastermind behind Catered Kosher, Pesach Kosher Chef, and various other thriving enterprises in New York City and Miami, Florida.
Jay’s journey began as a chef, honing his culinary skills and gaining invaluable experience. From there, he ventured into the realm of restaurant ownership, showcasing his expertise as a restaurateur. As a consultant and businessman, Jay’s astute insights have guided numerous successful ventures. His entrepreneurial spirit has allowed him to explore both domestic and international markets, seamlessly navigating the intricacies of Glatt kosher and non-kosher operations.
A true innovator, Jay has artfully blended diverse flavors and influences from around the world, enriching the strict kosher universe with his creations.
